Our emphasis is on building partnerships while managing the venues, their staff, and the countless behind-the-scenes tasks in a transparent manner to you. Our On-Site Management Services are listed, but not limited to, the items below.

  • Manage all correspondence with selected venue
  • Provide up to date rooming lists
  • Arrange VIP greetings and amenities
  • Arrange for guest amenities and giveaways
  • Expedite guest check-in and check-out
  • Coordinate luggage, golf clubs, ski's etc. with bell staff
  • Provide registration desk services
  • Manage all meeting facilities and staff
  • Oversee all set-up and decor of meeting/function rooms
  • Provide audio-visual, translation, Internet and lighting services as required
  • Supervise set-up and tear down of exhibits
  • Position signs and room locators
